What is your returns policy?
NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE OF THE SAME EXACT ITEM? Please be aware that our items often sell out very quickly! Please go ahead and place a new order for the correct size of the same exact item and send the incorrect size back for a refund of the item, We will not reimburse your return shipping. Make a note on your packing slip with the new order number. Our exchange program only works for the exact item in a different size.
There is no return on any custom item. We are unable to resell custom items.
